Common questions.

Do you use your own payroll software, or integrate with mine?
Both. We work directly inside Gusto, ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, or whatever you're on. If you're starting fresh, we'll recommend Gusto or QBO Payroll based on your team size and needs.
Can you handle 1099 contractors too?
Yes. We track contractor payments through the year, generate and file 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC forms at year-end, and send copies to contractors and the IRS.
What about benefits and 401(k)?
We coordinate with your benefits broker and 401(k) provider so deductions, employer matches, and reporting all flow through correctly. We don't sell benefits ourselves.
How quickly can you take over?
If you're already on a major payroll platform, we can typically take over within one pay cycle. From a manual system, allow 2–3 weeks for setup.
